Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2016042148A1] The invention relates to an osteosynthesis aid (10) for the intramedullary supply of subtrochanteric fractures and/or pertrochanteric fractures and/or femoral neck fractures, comprising a femur nail (20) that can be inserted into the medullary cavity of a femur, a distal portion (21) and a proximal portion (22) having a through-opening (25) which extends obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis (L) of the femur nail (20) and has a lateral inlet end (26), a medial outlet end (27) and a passage wall (28), wherein a load carrier (30) can be inserted into the through-opening (25). According to the invention, the lateral inlet end (26) and/or the medial outlet end (27) comprise over the entire circumference a chamfer (40) such that a chamfer surface (41) oriented towards the passage wall (28) is formed.
