[origin: WO2016041971A1] The invention relates to a spheroidal graphite or flake graphite cast-iron alloy comprising the following elements, in wt. %: between 1.2% and 3.5% of carbon (C), between 1.0% or 1.2% and 3% of silicon (Si), between 26% and 31% of nickel (Ni), and between 15% and 20% of cobalt (Co), the remainder being iron and unavoidable impurities. The invention is applicable to the production of tools.
