[origin: WO2016042271A1] The invention relates to a device (36) for attaching a downstream end of an air inlet onto a fan casing (30) of an aircraft turbojet nacelle. The air inlet comprises an acoustic ferrule (28) that is radially defined by an inner skin (32) and an outer skin (34) that confine an acoustic panel (70). The device (36) comprises: a first flange (38) that is rigidly connected to the casing (30); a second L-shaped flange (40) that includes a base (48) provided such as to be connected to the ferrule (28); and a collar (50) provided such as to be connected to the first flange (38). Said device is characterized in that it comprises an extension (56) that longitudinally extends from an upstream section (58), rigidly connected to the outer skin (34) of the ferrule (28), to a widened downstream section (60) that defines a radial space (62) with the ferrule (28) and is attachable onto the base (48) of the second L-shaped flange (40) by attachment means (61), without damaging the outer skin (34) of the ferrule (28).
