[origin: WO2016048251A1] The invention essentially relates to an impact preventing cushion (1) which is developed for preventing situations such as hitting, friction and breaking between the components close to each other during closing especially in vehicle engine hoods and thus preventing the damages that can occur in the hood components and the user after crash. The impact preventing cushion (1) which can easily be mounted later without needing a flat surface and a hole on the surface to which it will be mounted comprises at least one body (2) which absorbs the impact force of the opening-closing mechanism that can be applied on the cushion during closing, at least one entry opening (3) for attaching the body (2) to any connecting member on the surface to which it will be mounted.
