[origin: WO2016051307A1] This invention relates to a mounting assembly (1) for fastening a screen device to a window, comprising a window profile (2), a screen guide (3), and a mounting base (4) for fastening the screen guide (3) at a distance from the window profile (2), wherein the window profile (2), on its side towards the mounting base (4), is provided with a depression (5) and/or an elevation, and wherein the mounting base (4), on its side towards the window profile (2), is provided with a corresponding elevation (6) and/or depression. In addition, this invention relates to a method for fastening a screen device to a window with the aid of such a mounting assembly (1).
