[origin: WO2016055723A1] The present invention relates to a nebulizer comprising at least one tank (6) for containing a liquid, wherein said tank (6) comprises an opening (O) on the outer surface thereof for pouring said liquid into the tank (6); a stationary screen (2) comprising a plurality of microscopic holes, wherein one surface (2a) of the screen, in contact with the same liquid contained in the tank, is arranged opposite a piezoelectric device (1) that is in contact with same liquid contained in the tank (6) such that the vibrations of the piezoelectric device (1) are transmitted to the liquid, forcing same through the holes of the screen (2) to produce an aerosol from a so-called emitting surface (2b) of said screen. The opening (O) of the tank (6) intended for filling same in an operation position of said device, is located above the surface (2a) of the screen arranged horizontally in the operation position, and opposite the piezoelectric device (1), so as to produce, in said operation position, an aerosol along an axis of around 30 degrees in relation to the vertical, from top to bottom.
