[origin: WO2016059007A1] The invention relates to a foundation system for the foundation of an offshore structure (1), comprising a monopile (10) with an anchor portion (11) which can be anchored into the ocean floor (M) and a connection portion (12) which is arranged at the opposite end. The foundation system also comprises a platform structure (3) which can be connected directly to the connection portion (12) of the monopile (10) or indirectly via a transition piece and which can be arranged above the water surface. The foundation system according to the invention is characterized in that the foundation system comprises at least two stabilizing devices (20, 21, 22) each of which can be connected directly to the platform structure (3) or indirectly via the transition piece and which can be brought into contact with the ocean floor (M) such that pulling and/or pushing forces can be transmitted between the ocean floor (M) and the platform structure (3). In the installed state of the foundation system, securing points of the stabilizing devices (20, 21, 22) on the platform structure (3) or on the transition piece together with the connection portion (12) of the monopile (10) define a plane with a horizontal component of extension.
