[origin: WO2016058705A2] The invention relates to a securing element for securing a spindle to a bushing, in particular for a medical stand device (1), comprising a support segment (17; 117; 217) designed for arranging the securing element in a predefined axial position on a supporting apparatus (4) of the stand device; an engagement segment (15; 115; 215) designed for interacting with a spindle that can be rotationally supported about an axis of rotation (D) in the supporting apparatus or with a pin (3) of the stand device in order to secure the spindle or the pin in the predefined axial position in relation to the supporting apparatus rotatably within the supporting apparatus; wherein the securing element (10; 110; 210) is designed to be supported on the supporting apparatus in at least one radial position predefined by the securing element, in particular in a mounting preparation position (MP1) and/or in a securing position (MP2), wherein the engagement segment (15; 115; 215) is designed to interact with the spindle or the pin by engagement in the radial direction, in particular in the securing position. The securing element can also be secured in a plurality of radial positions and has accordingly designed coupling regions. The invention further relates to components designed to correspond to the securing element, in particular a supporting apparatus, a cover for the supporting apparatus, and a coupling element.
