[origin: WO2016062754A1] Disclosed is a downlight (100) comprising a mounting frame (50) to be mounted in the area of a ceiling mounting hole, and a light fixture (10) that is to be fastened to the mounting frame (50) and includes a luminaire head (30). The light fixture (10) is formed by a substantially C-shaped element having a main surface (11) and two angled wings (20) on two opposite sides of the main surface (11); the wings (20) of the light fixture (10) are designed in a flexible manner and in such a way as to interlock with the mounting frame (50).
