[origin: WO2016066436A1] The invention relates to a floor platform (10, 90) for operating tables (100), said floor platform (10, 90) comprising an interface for securing a patient support unit (110) for supporting a patient, and an omnidirectional electrical drive unit. The drive unit is configured in such a way that the floor platform (10, 90) can be moved and rotated, by the drive unit alone, within a predetermined plane and in any desired direction. Moreover, a control unit (70) for regulating the drive unit is provided, wherein this control unit comprises a manual actuation element (72). Moreover, the control unit has a regulator which, in accordance with the actuation of the actuation element (72), determines trigger signals for the drive unit and sends them to the drive unit, on the basis of which the drive unit moves the floor platform (10, 90). The invention further relates to an operating table (10) with such a floor platform (10, 90).
