[origin: JP2017157559A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent condensation of moisture on an inner surface of a cover plate in a lighting system for an automobile and to quickly eliminate condensation of moisture.SOLUTION: A lighting system 10 for an automobile has a housing 18, a cover plate 20 covering a light emitting opening portion of the housing 18, a ventilation connecting portion 34, and an air filter 36 disposed on the ventilation connecting portion 34 at a front side of the ventilation connecting portion when observed from a flow passage of the ventilation air flowing into the housing 18 through the ventilation connecting portion 34. The air filter 36 is connected to the ventilation connecting portion 34 in a manner that it is non-destructively removable and replaceable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
