The conductor tube (454) further defines an external surface profile (506) and a distal end portion (466). The conductor tube (454) is configured to engage a sleeve (456) having inner (468) and outer (458) surface profiles. The inner surface profile (468) is configured to abut the external surface profile (506) of the conductor tube (454), and the outer surface profile (458) comprises an engaging portion (460).
