[origin: US2017260884A1] A cam phaser including a rotation phaser and a hydraulic valve hydraulically loading the rotation phaser, wherein the hydraulic valve is connectable torque proof with a cam shaft so that the cam shaft is rotatable, wherein the rotation phaser includes a stator and a rotor configured coaxial with the stator, wherein the rotor is rotatable relative to the stator, wherein the hydraulic valve is configured so that it protrudes at least partially into the rotation phaser, wherein an adapter is provided for a relative axial positioning of the rotor and the stator. According to the invention the adapter is configured for loose mounting in the rotation phaser so that a fixated connection of the adapter in the rotation phaser is provided when the cam shaft is mounted at the hydraulic valve.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Nockenwellenversteller, umfassend einen Schwenkversteller (2) und ein den Schwenkversteller (2) hydraulisch beaufschlagendes Hydraulikventil (3), und wobei das Hydraulikventil (3) mit einer Nockenwelle zur Verdrehung der Nockenwelle drehfest verbindbar ist, und wobei der Schwenkversteller (2) einen Stator (5) und einen koaxial mit dem Stator (5) ausgebildeten Rotor (4) aufweist, wobei der Rotor (4) relativ zum Stator (5) verdrehbar ist, und wobei das Hydraulikventil (3) zumindest teilweise in den Schwenkversteller (2) hineinragend ausgebildet ist, und wobei zur relativen axialen Positionierung des Rotors (4) und des Stators (5) ein Adapter (26) vorgesehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Adapter (26) zur losen Montage im Schwenkversteller (2) ausgebildet und eine feste Verbindung des Adapters (26) mit dem Schwenkversteller (2) nach Montage der Nockenwelle am Hydraulikventil (3) herbeigeführt ist.
