Abstract (en)
The present disclosure relates to a method, adapted to be performed at a master device of a distributed sound system belonging to a communication network, the master device being adapted to output at least one audio channel to at least one audio rendering device of said sound system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method comprises: - obtaining one information representative of a connection, to said sound system, of an audio rendering device being of a first type of audio rendering devices; - sending to one audio rendering device of said sound system an indication of presence of a connected audio rendering device of the first type in said sound system. The present disclosure also relates to corresponding configuring methods, adapted to be performed in an audio rendering device, and to the corresponding master device, audio rendering devices, system, computer readable program products, computer readable storage media and signal.
