Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2016079424A1] Method for regulating the temperature and relative humidity of the air in a building, consisting in: - heating or cooling the interior of the building by thermal radiation from the ceilings (30) of at least certain rooms of the building, these ceilings each comprising a closed air-filled space (34, 42) extending over substantially the entire surface area of the ceiling or of the wall and separated from the corresponding room by a panel (36, 44) capable of transmitting thermal radiation, means (38) of heating or cooling the air in this space and means (40) of circulating the air in a closed circuit in this space, - extracting the stale air from at least some rooms and passing it into spaces (24) delimited between thicknesses of thermally insulating material (18) with which the ceilings and/or the floors (32) and/or at least one north-facing wall (16) of the building is/are equipped in order to reduce thermal flux across these ceilings, floors and walls, and then discharging the stale air to outside the building.
