Abstract (en)

[origin: CN107218264A] The invention provides a fluidic technical controller (1) which comprises a modular fluid distributor (7). The fluid distributor is provided with a plurality of distributor modules (16) which are arranged in different rows on the condition of a plurality of middle inserting distributor module sealing members (18). The fluid distributor is at least partially equipped with an electric controllable control valve (2). A distributor fluid channel system (8) which can be controlled by the control valve (2) according to fluid penetration exists in the fluid distributor (7). At least one distributor module sealing member (18) comprises a stable-shape bearing plate (46) which is equipped with one or more through holes (48) which make fluid penetration possible, and furthermore at least one pressure sensor (64) is equipped. The pressure sensor can be used for detecting fluid pressure in the distributor fluid channel system (8). The pressure sensor (64) is connected with an electric contact of a signal transmission line (35) which penetrates through the fluid distributor (7) and can electrically control the control valve (2) through the pressure sensor.
