Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2016082839A1] Method for final forming of an open end of a pipe (7) in one set-up where the method comprises the following steps: The inner side of a pipe (7) with a cross sectional form, a first end (8) and a second end (9) is slipped onto the outer side of a patrix (11) with the same cross sectional form, the patrix (11) is moved towards a matrix (6) until the first end (8) of the pipe (7) hits the matrix (6) and the second end (9) of the pipe (7) hits the detaching plate (5), the patrix (11) is moved away from the matrix (6), the detaching plate (5) is moved towards the matrix (6), and the patrix (11) is moved and pressed towards the matrix (6) giving an apparatus which is able to form a pipe (7) end more efficiently than ever before.
