[origin: WO2016087761A1] A method for manufacturing a container (2) from a plastic preform (3) in a forming station (1) equipped with a mould (5), a device (11) for injecting fluid into the preform (3), and a pin (26) able to move between a raised position and a lowered position. The method comprises in succession: a phase of introducing the preform (3) into the mould (5); a pre-blowing phase involving the operations consisting in: injecting a fluid into the preform (3) at a preblowing pressure; moving the stretching pin (26) from its raised position into its lowered position; a blowing phase comprising an operation of injecting into the preform (3) a fluid at a blowing pressure, and an operation of mechanically braking the pin (26) in the lowered position.
