[origin: WO2016087781A1] The invention relates to a power management method, characterised in that it includes the following steps: a) measuring the voltage and current of a power source (20), of an electrical output (23) and of a battery (21); b) calculating the power produced by the power source (20), the power drawn by the electrical output (23) and the power exchanged with the battery (21); c) connecting the power source (20), the electrical output (23), the battery (21) and an electrical grid (22); and d) transmitting to a monitoring device electricity generation measurements and consumption information and information on whether it is possible to remotely control a number of systems. In a step e), the electrical output (23) is connected to the power source (20), the battery (21) or to the electrical grid (22) depending on information on the mains-grid kWh unit rate, such as whether it is peak or off-peak.
