[origin: CN105946283A] The invention relates to a changeable groove line extrusion stand for a folding box pasting apparatus. The groove line extrusion stand is especially suitable for extruding semi-finished products formed from corrugated cardboards. The invention also provides a method for producing folding boxes with corrugated cardboards by using the groove line extrusion stand according to the invention. The groove line extrusion stand comprises a vertically-movable side face extrusion roller used for extruding semi-finished products folded from groove line areas on the outer sides. Aside from the side face extrusion roller, the extrusion stand also comprises a usable middle extrusion roller pair which comprises middle extrusion rollers on the upper portion and the lower portion and thus can extrude middle areas of folded semi-finished products. With the additional middle extrusion roller pair, folded corrugated cardboard semi-finished products can be extruded in the width direction and after extrusion, the widths of extruded semi-finished products have no thickness differences or only have minor acceptable thickness differences.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine variable Rilllinienpressstation einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine, die insbesondere auch zum Pressen von Zuschnitten aus Wellpappe verwendet werden kann. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Faltschachteln aus Wellpappe unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Rilllinienpressstation. Die Rilllinienpressstation weist zum Pressen von außen liegenden Rilllinienbereichen gefalteter Zuschnitte vertikal bewegbare seitliche Pressrollen und weiterhin ein zusätzlich zu den seitlichen Pressrollen verwendbares mittleres Presswalzenpaar mit oben und unten angeordneten mittleren Presswalzen, womit ein Pressen gefalteter Zuschnitte in deren zentralem Bereich ermöglicht wird.
