Control method includes following steps: determining, during adjustment time period, current state of at least one leaf between open and closed state by means of at least one COsensor and at least one temperature sensor; periodic interrogation of at least one COsensor and at least one temperature sensor with respect to detecting change in current state of at least one leaf; and transfer of heating device to control mode corresponding to new current state, as soon as change in current state of at least one leaflet is detected by at least one COsensor or at least one temperature sensor.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control heater based on reliable data for determining opening of window / door.14 cl, 2 dwg

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de régulation d'un appareil de chauffage (1) à l'intérieur d'une pièce comportant au moins un ouvrant pouvant prendre un état ouvert ou un état fermé, l'appareil de chauffage (1) comprenant au moins un capteur de CO 2 (2) et au moins un capteur de température (3), caractérisé par le fait que le procédé de régulation comprend la détermination de l'état courant de l'au moins un ouvrant parmi l'état ouvert et l'état fermé, l'interrogation périodique de l'au moins un capteur de CO 2 (2) et de l'au moins un capteur de température (3) concernant une détection de changement d'état courant de l'au moins un ouvrant, et dès qu'un changement d'état courant de l'au moins un ouvrant est détecté, le passage de l'appareil de chauffage (1) dans un mode de régulation correspondant au nouvel état courant.
