Abstract (fr)
Un dispositif d'exercice physique (1) comporte un plateau de support (8) pour supporter un utilisateur (U). Ce plateau de support (8) est supporté de manière à pouvoir être basculé au moins dans deux sens opposés (S 1 , S 2 ) à partir d'une position médiane, au moyen d'un transfert de poids entre la jambe gauche et la jambe droite de l'utilisateur (U). Un support (9) pour porter un smartphone (3) ou un autre appareil électronique portatif de traitement informatique et d'affichage à distance du plateau de support (8) est assujetti ou autrement associé au plateau de support (8).
