Abstract (de)

Bei einem Verfahren zur Verbesserung der akustischen Eigenschaften von Fichten-Klangholz für Musikinstrumente wird mindestens ein Klangholzrohling unter kontrollierten, sterilen Bedingungen einer Behandlung mit Physisporinus vitreus unterzogen. Dabei wird der vorgängig sterilisierte Klangholzrohling in ein mit Pilzmyzel angereichertes Flüssigmedium getaucht und darin während einer Einwirkungszeit im Dunkeln gehalten und abschliessend sterilisiert, wobei während der Einwirkungszeit eine Temperatur von 18 bis 26°C und eine relative Luftfeuchte von ungefähr 60 bis ungefähr 80% eingestellt wird. Dadurch, dass das Flüssigmedium nanofibrillierte Cellulose (NFC) in einem Anteil von 200 bis 300 g pro Liter enthält, wird eine reproduzierbare, gleichmässige und von lokalen Fehlstellen freie Verbesserung der akustischen Eigenschaften des Klangholzes gewährleistet.
