Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2016100523A2] Methods for the treatment of infections and other diseases or conditions with a biphasic or triphasic dosing regimen of a time-dependent antibiotic are provided, where the total time of administration can occur over a period of less than 24 hours. The present teachings also provide a micropump or patch pump device which permits controlled, subcutaneous infusion of a time-dependent antibiotic according to the dosing regimens of the present teachings.
