[origin: EP3238778A1] The invention relates to a header (1) for a medical implant device (2), wherein the header (1) is configured for providing an electrical connection to a circuit (40) of the medical implant device (2), wherein the circuit (40) resides in a housing (4) of the medical implant device (2), wherein the header (1) comprises: at least one circuit board (20), a header housing (10) which encloses said at least one circuit board (20) and is configured to be connected to said housing (4) of the medical implant device (2), and a sensor system (30) arranged on the at least one circuit board (20). Furthermore, the invention relates to a medical implant device (2) using such a header (1).
