Beschrieben wird eine Türvorrichtung, vorzugsweise in einem Flucht- und Rettungsweg in einem Gebäude, mit einem Türrahmen, einem daran bewegbar, vorzugsweise schwenkbar gelagerten Türblatt und mit einer Türschlossvorrichtung. Die Türschlossvorrichtung umfasst eine Betätigungshandhabe, die als Druckstange (11) oder als Griffstange oder als Türdrücker ausgebildet ist, ein Türschloss (6) und eine Übertragungseinrichtung, die eine Bewegung der Betätigungshandhabe (11) relativ zum Türblatt (4) in eine Bewegung zur Betätigung des Türschlosses (6) wandelt.
