[origin: EP3248745A1] Milling device (1) for edge-banding machine, which comprises: a milling head (3) provided with an operational zone (4) in which a cladding edge (B) of a panel (P) is susceptible to pass; a milling tool (5) mounted on the milling head (3) and comprising a rotation body (6), which is provided with a cutting profile (9) intended to act at the operational zone (4) for milling the cladding edge (B) of the panel (P). The cutting profile (9) of the rotation body (6) of the milling tool (5) is provided with a rounding section (12), curved in shape, and a straight end milling section (13). Moreover, the milling device (1) comprises handling means (14) adapted to move the milling tool (5) between a retracted position, in which the end milling section (13) of the cutting profile (9) of the rotation body (6) is arranged in the operational zone (4) to act on the cladding edge (B) of the panel (d) to linearly cut one end (E) of the cladding edge (B), and an advanced position, in which the rounding section (12) of the cutting profile (9) of the rotation body (6) is arranged in the operational zone (4) to act on the cladding edge (B) of the panel (P) to round the end (E) of the cladding edge (B) itself.
