Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2016119988A1] The invention relates to a percussion mechanism device, in particular for an impact wrench (10), comprising a drivable driveshaft (12) which has at least one guide groove (14, 16); an output shaft (18); and a percussion unit (20) which comprises an anvil (22) that is rotationally fixed to the output shaft (18), a hammer (24), and at least one ball (26, 28). The hammer (24) is mounted on the driveshaft (12) along the at least one guide groove (14, 16) via the at least one ball (26, 28). The hammer (24) comprises a spherical guide surface (44) which is concave at least in some regions and which has an axial distance (48) from the at least one ball (26, 28) at a radially innermost point, said distance being greater than a radial distance (50) between the at least one ball (26, 28) and a radially innermost point of a concave spherical guide surface (52) of the at least one guide groove (14, 16).
