[origin: WO2017207590A1] The invention relates to a rotary printing press (101) for printing on a material web (115), comprising a central cylinder (102) and a plurality of inking units (103-108), which are arranged around the central cylinder (102) and in each of which printing ink can be transferred onto the material web (115) by means of a printing drum (111). In order to increase the economic efficiency of a rotary printing press (101) for printing on packaging, the machine-side anchorings (114) of at least one printing drum (111) are designed in such a way that the printing drum (111) can be removed and the space occupied by the printing drum (111) can be released, and the released space can be fitted with an inkjet printing unit (201).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rotationsdruckmaschine (101) zum Bedrucken einer Materialbahn (115) mit einem Zentralzylinder (102) und mehreren um den Zentralzylinder (102) herum angeordneten Farbwerken (103-108), in denen jeweils Druckfarbe von einer Druckwalze (111) auf die Materialbahn (115) übertragbar ist. Um die Wirtschaftlichkeit einer Rotationsdruckmaschine (101) für den Verpackungsdruck zu erhöhen, sind die maschinenseitigen Verankerungen (111) mindestens einer Druckwalze (111) derart ausgestaltet, dass die Druckwalze (111) entnommen und der von der Druckwalze (111) umfasste Raum freigegeben werden kann und der freigegebene Raum mit einer Inkjet-Druckeinheit (201) bestückbar ist.
