[origin: WO2017211470A1] The invention relates to a method for sorting flat items (3), having a sorting installation (2) which has an introduction apparatus (22), a conveying path (13), with diverters (15), and stacking compartments (12) arranged along the conveying path (13), comprising the following method steps: a) a number of items (3) are supplied at the introduction apparatus (22) for a sorting run, and the items (3) are sorted, in accordance with a sorting-logic system, into the stacking compartments (12) corresponding to the destination codes of the items (3); b) a number of stacking compartments (12) are emptied, in accordance with a logically predetermined sequence, onto a displaceable transfer bridge (16) positioned upstream of the stacking compartments (12); c) the items (3) located on the transfer bridge (16) are displaced onto the supporting shelves (8, 10) of a displaceable, mobile intermediate store (6, 6a, 6b) having a plurality of supporting shelves, wherein displacement acknowledgement, which can be effected possibly even prior to the displacement operation, establishes a logical assignment of the supporting shelves and the items located thereon; d) steps c) and d) are repeated until all the stacking compartments (12) provided in accordance with the sorting-logic system are emptied; e) the mobile intermediate stores (6, 6a, 6b) are displaced to the introduction apparatus (22) and the items (3) located on the supporting shelves (8, 10) of the mobile intermediate store (6, 6a, 6b) are loaded onto the introduction apparatus (22) by the FIFO principle, in accordance with the supporting-shelf sequence identified by the logical assignment; and f) a further sorting run is executed, and the items (3) are sorted into the stacking compartments (12) corresponding to their destination code.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Sortieren von flachen Sortierstücken (3) mit einer Sortieranlage (2), die eine Eingabevorrichtung (22), einen Förderweg (13) mit Förderweichen (15) und entlang des Förderwegs (13) angeordnete Stapelfächer (12) aufweist, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte: a) Aufgeben einer Anzahl von Sortierstücken (3) an der Eingabevorrichtung (22) für einen Sortierlauf und Einsortieren der Sortierstücke (3) gemäss einer Sortierlogik in die den Zielcodes der Sortierstücke (3) entsprechenden Stapelfächer (12); b) Entleeren einer Anzahl von Stapelfächer (12) nach einer logisch vorgegebenen Reihenfolge auf eine den Stapelfächern (12) vorgelagerte und verfahrbare Umladebrücke (16),; c) Verschieben der auf der Umladebrücke (16) befindlichen Sortierstücke (3) auf eine Stützablage (8, 10) eines mehrere Stützablagen aufweisenden verfahrbaren mobilen Zwischenspeichers (6, 6a, 6b), wobei durch ein Quittieren des Verschiebens, das ggfs. bereits vor dem Verschieben vorgenommen werden kann, eine logische Zuordnung von Stützablage und der darauf befindlichen Sortierstücke hergestellt wird; d) Wiederholen der Schritte c) und d) bis alle gemäss der Sortierlogik vorgesehenen Stapelfächer (12) entleert sind; e) Verfahren der mobilen Zwischenspeicher (6, 6a, 6b) zur Eingabevorrichtung (22) und Aufladen der auf den Stützablagen (8, 10) der mobilen Zwischenspeicher (6, 6a, 6b) befindlichen Sortierstücke (3) nach dem Prinzip FIFO gemäss der durch die logische Zuordnung gekennzeichneten Reihenfolge der Stützablagen auf die Eingabevorrichtung (22); und f) Ausführen eines weiteren Sortierlaufs und Einsortieren der Sortierstücke (3) in die ihrem Zielcode entsprechenden Stapelfächer (12).
