Die Erfindung betrifft eine Staubsaugerdüse mit einem Gehäuse (1) und einem an einer Unterseite des Gehäuses angeordneten Saugmund (2), der durch zumindest eine in eine Arbeitsrichtung (x) vordere Saugmundkante (3) und eine in der Arbeitsrichtung (x) hintere Saugmundkante (4) begrenzt ist. Dabei erstrecken sich die vordere Saugmundkante (3) und die hintere Saugmundkante (4) in einer Horizontalebene (H). Erfindungsgemäß schließt sich unmittelbar an die hintere Saugmundkante (4) eine Gleitschräge (6) an, die gegenüber der Horizontalebene (H) um einen Winkel (±) zwischen 1° und 5° geneigt ist. Die Gleitschräge (6) erstreckt sich ausgehend von der hinteren Saugmundkante (4) unterbrechungsfrei über eine Länge (I) von zumindest 30 mm nach hinten.
