A respective pocket element (5, 7, 8) here is assigned to a content (16) with a certain functionality, wherein the content (16) of the pocket elements (5, 7, 8) forms a user's basic equipment, with essential items which are constantly required, and the surface-area element (3) is designed in a transferable manner, in the form of a corresponding part of the storage arrangement (1), for optional insertion into at least one item of luggage (21, 22) or an item of clothing (23), for definable functions or for certain parts of the journey or day and can be attached thereto by means of a holding device (24). Also provided is a luggage system having at least two items of luggage (21, 22) and at least one such storage arrangement.
