[origin: WO2016131603A1] The invention relates to a frame for a drawer, comprising a frame base and opposite fastening elements which project over the frame base and which are designed for attachment of a wall component that extends along the frame base between the fastening elements. The frame is characterized in that each fastening element has a receiving structure, which faces the opposite fastening element and has laterally opposite supporting points for the wall component such that a wall component can be inserted, oriented in the longitudinal direction of the frame base, into the receiving structure on a fastening element by a movement in parallel to a longitudinal plane of the frame base. There is enough space for the wall component to pass the opposite fastening element laterally at an outer edge and it can be inserted into the receiving structure of said fastening element by a further movement in parallel and in the direction of the length of the frame base and towards the opposite fastening element while still being held in the receiving structure of the other fastening element.
