[origin: WO2016131909A1] The invention relates to a sealing device for at least one window element and/or door element, said window element/door element being arrangeable in a wall opening of a building, and said sealing device comprising: at least one first sealing device that is arranged substantially parallel to a horizontal side of said window element/door element; and at least one second sealing device that is arranged substantially parallel to a vertical side of said window element/door element, each of these sealing devices being arranged in a first depression of a first profiled element and, when in a first state, said sealing devices sealing off an intermediate space between an edge of the window element/door element and an opposite side of the wall opening and, in a second state, being spaced apart from the edge of the window element/door element or the opposite side of the wall opening. The first depression substantially receives the entirety of the sealing devices when in the second state and said sealing devices extend substantially level with the first profiled element, the second sealing device comprising a recess at at least one end thereof, and said recess corresponding to the negative shape of the first sealing device, being butt-jointed against the first sealing device when in the first state, and sealing off an opening between said first and second sealing device.
