Abstract (en)

[origin: CN107599033A] The invention discloses a device which cuts a material strip for the tobacco processing industry, particularly the coating paper strip (2), into a material web sector (39). The device has a cutting roller (32) and a suction roller (36) which performs common action with a cutting roller (3). Under this condition, the material web belt is guided between the cutting roller (32) and the suction roller(36).The cutting roller (32) has a cutter along a circumferential direction. The suction roller (36) has a groove (38) for receiving the cutter (34) of the cutting roller (32) along the circumferencedirection. When the cutting roller (32) and the suction roller (36) are rotated reversely at the same time, the cuter of the cutting roller (32) sinks into one groove (38) of the suction roller (36)and brings to or is brought to contact with a groove side wall (47) of the groove. A suction roller driver (56) which preferably directly drives the suction roller (36) and is regulated through positions and speed is configured for rotation of the suction roller (36). A cutting roller driver which preferably and directly drives the cutting roller (32) for the rotation of the cutting roller (32) isconfigured.
