When the cutting roller (32) and the suction roller (36) are rotated reversely at the same time, the cuter of the cutting roller (32) sinks into one groove (38) of the suction roller (36)and brings to or is brought to contact with a groove side wall (47) of the groove. A suction roller driver (56) which preferably directly drives the suction roller (36) and is regulated through positions and speed is configured for rotation of the suction roller (36).
