[origin: WO2016146952A1] The invention concerns a device for controlling the closed or open state of an article, the control device being in the form of an electronic circuit comprising a button-closure system comprising two rows of elements (11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23, 24), made from electrically conductive material, each element from one row being couplable with and uncouplable from an element from the other row. A detection and signalling device is connected to at least one of the elements, referred to as the first terminal (21), and to at least one of the other elements, referred to as the second terminal. The detection and signalling device (4) is configured to detect the state of electrical continuity between the first and second terminals (21, 24), and to emit a signal depending on said detected state of continuity. The first terminal (21) and the second terminal (24) are spaced apart from each other, in a direction parallel to the rows of elements in the coupled state of said elements, by at least one element (22, 23) of the button-closure system (15), said at least one element (22, 23) having, in the uncoupled state of the elements of the button-closure system (15), no electrical connection with said terminals (21, 24).
