[origin: WO2016150485A1] A ground-cleaning machine is proposed which comprises a chassis, a tool device with one tool receptacle (40) and with a ground-working tool (44) seated on the one tool receptacle (40), and a holding device which holds the one tool receptacle (40) on the chassis, wherein the holding device comprises a polygonal linkage with a first transverse strut (66) fixed relative to the chassis, with a second transverse strut (68) relative to which the one tool receptacle (40) is fixed, with a first longitudinal strut (72) which is pivotably articulated to the first and the second transverse struts (66, 68) via pivot joints, and with a second longitudinal strut (74) which is pivotably articulated to the first and the second transverse struts (66, 68) via pivot joints, wherein a spring device (92) is integrated in at least one strut (74) of the polygonal linkage, by means of which spring device a length of the corresponding strut (74) between pivot axes for the one strut (74) is variable in dependence on a force acting on the polygonal linkage.
