[origin: WO2018019556A1] A fluid dispenser (10) is known comprising a pump accumulator or a pressure accumulator as well as a discharge head (50), with the following features: the discharge head (50) is provided for securing to a base unit (40) of the fluid dispenser (10), which comprises a fluid accumulator (20). The discharge head (50) has a housing (52) which can be moved relative to the base unit (40) preferably for the purpose of actuating the fluid dispenser (10). The discharge head (50) has a fluid inlet (62) via which fluid to be discharged through same can be brought from the fluid accumulator (20) into the discharge head (50), and a discharge opening (56) via which the fluid can be released into surrounding atmosphere. A turbulence chamber (58) having at least one eccentrically entering inlet channel (60) is provided between the fluid inlet (62) and the discharge opening (56), such that in-flowing fluid is provided with a swirl which brings about the formation of a spray jet during discharge from the discharge opening (56). According to the invention, the turbulence chamber (58) can be shifted between at least one first and one second configuration by changing the geometry of the walls of the turbulence chamber (58) and/or the at least one inlet channel (60). The discharge head has a handle (52, 84, 86) for manually shifting between the configurations.
