[origin: GB2536966A] A pharmaceutical packaging 1 comprises (i) a plurality of recesses/blisters 3 arranged to receive individual doses of medicament, (ii) a hermetically sealing layer 5 which seals each of the said recesses, and (iii) a plurality of hinged portions 6; each hinged portion being associated with a respective recess and selectively movable between a first position adjacent the said sealing layer and a second position in which the sealing layer is exposed. The package may be divided into individual units 2 (each unit having a one recess and associated hinged portion) and may be joined to adjacent units by frangible seams 4. User (human or machine) readable indicia 7a/7b (for example an RFID tag, 2D or 3D matrix or bar code) may be provided on a user facing side of the hinged portion.
