The cross section of the neck part (3), viewed transversely to the longitudinal direction (16), is smaller than the cross section of the head part (2) transversely to the longitudinal direction and is smaller than the cross section of the foot part (4) transversely to the longitudinal direction. The foot part (4) has a periphery (?) and a base, which periphery extends narrowingly from the base in the longitudinal direction. The periphery (7) has at least one gripping projection (12) extending in the longitudinal direction, such that the damping element can be reliably grabbed by a grab.
