Said soft magnetic composite comprises a plurality of crystalline pure iron base particles (E1) and a solid metallic glass (G1), wherein the plurality of crystalline pure iron base particles (E1) have a coating made from the bulk metallic glass (G1) and the plurality of crystalline pure iron base particles (E1) are in contact with each other via the covering made from the bulk metallic glass (G1). The invention also relates to two alternative methods for producing a soft magnetic composite.
