[origin: US2018036772A1] A postal sorting machine comprises an unstacker in a mailpiece feed inlet, a sorting conveyor, and sorting outlets, each of which is provided with a receptacle designed for storing the mailpieces in a stack and on an edge. Each sorting outlet is provided with a wheel having a helical blade. The wheel projects through an opening in the bottom of the receptacle and is mounted on a transmission shaft. The transmission shaft is disposed under the receptacle to impart a rotary movement to the helical blade so that the helical blade pushes the base of a current mailpiece in the receptacle against the stack of mailpieces that is being formed. The wheel is also mounted on the transmission shaft by being clipped by moving in translation across the axis of rotation of the transmission shaft.

Machine de tri postal (1) comprenant un dépileur (6) dans une entrée d'alimentation (3) en articles de courrier (2), un convoyeur de tri (4) et des sorties de tri (5) comprenant chacune un réceptacle conçu pour stocker en pile sur chant les articles de courrier. Chaque sortie de tri comprend une roue (11) à hélice (12) qui fait saillie par une ouverture dans le fond du réceptacle et qui est montée sur un arbre de transmission (13) disposé sous le réceptacle pour donner un mouvement en rotation à l'hélice (12) de sorte à ce que l'hélice pousse le pied d'un article de courrier courant dans le réceptacle contre la pile d'articles de courrier en formation. La roue (11) est en outre montée à l'arbre de transmission (13) au moyen d'un clipsage selon un mouvement en translation transversale par rapport à l'axe de rotation de l'arbre de transmission.
