[origin: EP3282062A2] Building system for building a wall (5) in masonry stones (7), characterised in that one departs from prefab building elements (4) consisting of two or more layers (6) of masonry stones (7) bricked, joined, adhered or suchlike to each other, whereby the building elements (4) have a stepped form (8) on at least one side such that the building elements (4) fit sideways with their stepped (8) side against each other and on each other, whereby in an outer layer (6) a groove (15) is applied in the longitudinal direction of the masonry stones (7), whereby on the other outer layer (6) a joining element (14) is applied with an upward facing edge (16) and whereby the wall (5) is built with these building elements (4) by fitting the groove (15) and the upward facing edge (16) of prefab building elements (4) lying on top of each other, into each other without using cement, adhesives or suchlike.
