Abstract (en)
A reeling device (1) is mounted to a head rail (27) for suspending a curtain or a blind. The reeling device (1) comprises a bracket component (2), a reel component (3), and a detachable coupling component (4) adapted to secure the bracket component (2) with the reel component (3) to the head rail (27). A turnable coupling component (4) serves to secure the reeling device to the head rail at a center position of the head rail. This locking system allows a curtain or blind suspended by the head rail to be noiseless raised and lowered.
