A press means comprises a gas cylinder having a neck and an annular collar to be engaged on the neck of the gas cylinder, wherein there are multiple axial and parallel press-fit ribs are provided between the neck of the gas cylinder and the annular collar, wherein the multiple press-fit ribs are distributed about the periphery of the annular collar at predetermined angles relative to each other.
