[origin: WO2016166492A1] The invention relates to a screw assembly comprising, on the one hand, a longitudinal component (10) having two opposite ends and a threaded part (12; 42; 66) so that it can be connected by screwing to one of two elements (34), and, on the other hand, an elastically deformable member (18, 20; 48; 82) intended to be borne, in the axially compressed state, between one or other of the two opposite ends of said longitudinal component (10) and the other of said two elements. The assembly further comprises a retaining device (30; 54; 84) so as to be able to keep said elastically deformable member (18, 20; 48; 82) in compression and so as to be able to release it in said compressed state between said other of said two elements (32) and said one or said other of said two opposite ends.
