[origin: WO2016185299A1] Flush-mount lighting device (1), with an LED module (6) connected to a heat dissipator (9) that has a first configuration, in which it is engaged by engaging means (13) of the push-push type to a frame (10) fixed to a flush-mount body (2) inserted into the false ceiling, and a second configuration, in which it is disengaged from the frame (10) and can descend downwards so that the LED module (6) can protrude through a hole (4) outside the flush-mount body (2) and can be removed for maintenance.
