[origin: WO2009092947A2] The invention relates to a writing instrument that comprises a shaft and an eraser exit device (40), wherein said device includes: an eraser protection sleeve (50) mobile at least in rotation relative to the shaft so that the eraser can assume a maximum exit configuration and a retraction configuration; and an eraser holder (30) provided with at least a first longitudinal guiding member directly interacting with a first complementary guiding member connected to the shaft so as to prevent any rotation movement between the holder and the shaft, and provided with at least a second guiding member (32) interacting with a second complementary guiding member (52) connected to the sleeve. The sleeve has a front portion (54) surrounding the rear end of the shaft and a rear portion having an inner guiding portion (53) including the second complementary guiding member (52), the eraser holder being capable of sliding directly against the inner wall of the shaft and having an outer guiding surface (33) including the second guiding member (32).

L'instrument d'ecriture comprend un fût, un tube réservoir de mines (110) et un dispositif de sortie d'une gomme (140) ayant : - un manchon (150) protecteur de la gomme, mobile au moins en rotation par rapport au fût pour protéger ou non la gomme; - un support (130) de gomme muni d'un organe anti-rotation (131) coopérant directement avec un organe complémentaire (121) solidaire du fût (120) pour interdire la rotation relative entre ledit support et le fût, et muni d'au moins un organe de guidage (132) coopérant avec un organe, typiquement hélicoïdal, de guidage complémentaire solidaire du manchon. Le manchon entoure l'extrémité arrière (125) du fût et présente une portion arrière qui présente une surface interne de guidage (153) comportant l'organe typiquement hélicoïdal, le support de gomme coulissant directement contre la paroi interne du fût et présentant une surface externe de guidage (133) comportant ledit organe de guidage (132).
