[origin: WO2016170456A1] A diffusion unit (U) for summer and/or winter air-conditioning of indoor environments comprises a frame (2) suitable to be mounted on wall; a monocoque bodyshell structure (3) suitable to be attached to said frame (2), said monocoque bodyshell structure (3) being entirely made of polystyrene or equivalent material; heat exchanger means (4) suitable to be supported by said bodyshell structure (3) and enclosed by said monocoque structure (3) without outwards heat dispersion areas, said exchanger means (4) comprising at least one exchanger (4) with microchannel technology using water (monophase fluid); ventilating means (7) and filtering means (10); and an outer protecting and covering structure (S) provided at the front with a array (G) of holes (F) for air-conditioned diffusion.
