Abstract (en)

This security system is provided with: a first gateway device configured to be connected to an external network; a second gateway device configured to be connected to an internal network and to be connected to the first gateway device; and a bidirectional communication line which connects the first gateway device and the second gateway device in such a way as to allow bidirectional communication. The security system is configured in such a way that: if inbound transmission data conform to a specific protocol, a first proxy unit of the first gateway device receives specific protocol communication information, conveyed by means of the inbound transmission data, and then transmits the specific protocol communication information to the second gateway device by means of the bidirectional communication line; and upon receipt of the specific protocol communication information from the first proxy unit by way of the bidirectional communication line, a second proxy unit of the second gateway device acquires a communication destination address in the internal network, from the specific protocol communication information, and transmits the specific protocol communication information to the destination address.
